Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Location: Geelong-based office
(hybrid and flexible work options available)
Role status: Ongoing - Full time or 0.8FTE

At Find Your Way Therapy Services, we believe in helping people find their way—no assumptions, just compassionate, person-centered care that meets participants where they are and helps them get where they want to go.

We’re growing our paediatric team and looking for an Occupational Therapist who loves working with children and helping them learn a new skill, conquer a fear, or join in the game.

 What’s in it for you?

As part of our team, you’ll have the chance to lead by example, mentor our newer team members, and be a key voice as we grow. Join us to work in a team where ideas are welcomed, questions are encouraged and we make sure we’ve got each other’s backs.

We value openness, humour and honest conversations. You’ll never be expected to have all the answers all the time, but curiosity and kindness is core to how we work. We’re all about celebrating individuality, supporting growth, and keeping things fun.

If you’re ready to join a team that’s as passionate about making a difference as we are about having fun, we’d love to hear from you!
