Occupational Therapy. Your way.
Looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist in Geelong, Colac or the Surf Coast?
Find Your Way Therapy Services provides practical, neuroaffirming occupational therapy for children, teens and adults, alongside workplace OT consulting and support for organisations.
From assessments and ongoing therapy to workplace adjustments, neuroinclusive practice and psychosocial safety, our OTs work with people and organisations to understand what’s getting in the way of participation and then find practical (and affordable) ways forward.
Access support privately or through eligible funding schemes (like the NDIS), with services available in our Geelong clinic, at home, at school, in the community and in the workplace.
Our core services
-
Our OTs take the time to understand your child or young person’s strengths, needs and everyday environments. Through assessment and ongoing therapy, we identify practical strategies and supports to help them participate, build skills and work towards the things that matter to them.
-
We help children and young people build the skills they need for everyday life. This might include getting dressed, preparing food, managing routines, personal care, getting out into the community and gradually taking greater ownership of daily tasks.
-
We help children and young people better understand their emotions, sensory preferences and what helps them feel regulated. Together, we explore practical strategies that can support comfort, participation and wellbeing at home, school and in the community.
-
School asks a lot of different skills. Our OTs can help identify barriers to participation and work with children, families and schools to explore practical strategies, environmental changes and adjustments that support learning and engagement.
-
Planning, starting tasks, remembering what comes next, managing time and staying organised can all be challenging. We help children and young people understand how their brain works and develop strategies and systems that work for them.
-
Change can bring new expectations, environments and routines. We support children and young people through transitions such as starting or changing school, moving into secondary school, preparing for greater independence and taking their first steps towards further education or work.
